Director of Sales and Marketing

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
